Companies may fall within the scope determined by the Regulation, based on the types and capacities of the products they produce. Within this scope, there are industries producing ammonia, hydrogen gas, synthesis gas, and large-volume organic chemicals.

EUROPE, within this scope, provides refining services to both National and International companies.
