Enterprises that cause emissions by using fossil fuels are included in this scope, while activities based on the combustion of hazardous or household waste are not included in this scope. It is understood that the facility is included in the scope of Activity 1 of the enterprise if the total thermal power of the units, where the facility’s nameplate thermal capacity exceeds 3 megawatt (MW), is collected and 20(MW) and above.
